After struggling with my own energy, confidence, and relationship with food, I became deeply curious about how the body actually works, which led me to complete a dietitian course in Ukraine and start studying nutrition in a more practical, real-life way.
What I discovered changed everything for me: lasting weight loss doesn’t need to come from strict diets, calorie counting, or giving up your favorite foods. When you understand your body, support it properly, and build habits that fit your real life, everything starts to feel calmer, easier, and more sustainable.
